Chocolate is the favorite dessert of many. Some believe that people are more prone female chocolate while the other hand some say that the popular candy better than sex.
But there are many misconceptions about this franchise, and tportal who writes it. And of course, have disappeared forever from your mind.
If you did not know by the largest consumers of chocolate in the world are Swiss, who eat 10:16 kilograms per capita per year.

Fact: The main fat in chocolate is cocoa butter which contains stearic acid which does not behave the same as other saturated fatty acids, does not create clusters and does not damage the blood vessels. Therefore, the level of fat in the blood (eg cholesterol) due to eating chocolate will not rise!
MYTH: Chocolate because it contains enclosed ballast substances (vegetable fiber)
Fact: It is important to know that chocolate, despite its delicate structure, is devoid of plant fibers that are crucial to good digestion. Also, in 100 grams of cocoa beans contained the same amount of ballast substances as 100 grams of whole grain bread, and their absence can not be a reason for closing.
